化工卧式储罐广泛应用于：石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品，用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合等工艺过程；材质一般有PPH储罐、HDPE、不锈钢、玻璃钢、碳钢等反应釜。
作为公司的主打产品PPH/PP/HDPE等整体缠绕设备，年生产量在3000吨左右，其总产值占公司年总产值的50%左右。其中PPH整体缠绕反应釜获得了国家高新技术产品，成功的在各个领域得到了应用，它替代了原有玻璃储罐、反应釜在锂离子电池正极材料前驱体新能源中的应用，很好的解决了前驱体生产企业设备高成本，低效益等瓶颈问题，收到了良好的效果，赢得了一致的好评。

PPH化工整体缠绕卧式储罐的特点如下：
PPH整体缠绕卧式储罐采用螺旋挤出缠绕技术加工制作，一次成型，是采用PPH颗粒料和母料在螺旋机组上熔融，熔融后挤出料在模具上形成罐体，待温度降低到一定程度后进行脱膜，这样可以保证罐体的整体性。
传统使用的是板材碰焊成罐体，在实际加工中是一节节罐体再人工焊接成型的，之后为了安全考虑，再罐体拼接处补上一条加强圈。
工艺对比：PPH整体缠绕卧式储罐是PPH颗粒料混合母料直接加工成型，不存在二次加工，而传统上是颗粒料加工成板材，之后板材再加工成罐体。PPH整体缠绕储罐不存在接缝、焊缝问题，不存在渗漏，且因不用倒角焊接，整体机械强度远远大于传统加工的储罐。
